I was asked to do my life in six squares at the time it really felt like my life had ended with ME. But over the years I’ve changed my perspective so now I hang the picture with the darkness top left instead of bottom right. I have a life after a ME diagnosis; it’s not the life I had before but it’s mine and there is joy.
