This is a composite photograph I created during the COVID Lockdown, but it’s still very relevant now. Apart from having CFS, I am immunocompromised, so every flu season it feels like the only way to keep safe from serious illness is to stay home away from society. 

I wish everyone understood how important it is to be careful not to spread viruses in the community – not just in health care facilities. For some people the viral fatigue won’t end in a few weeks.
