In the last year, I have painted many bouquets of flowers from my garden, which are very meaningful to me. Last year, in September, my mum and my dad and all my siblings surprised me with a complete garden makeover. We now have vegetables and fruit trees and flowers, and everything is accessible, low maintenance and automated so I can still enjoy the rewards within the limits of my illness. Even I can’t always be involved in the way I want to, I can still participate in my values and joys of life.
