Small Exercise Physiology Class (SEPC)
This is a closely monitored class of around four people that allows you to gain the support you need to carry out your individually tailored exercise program, but also gives you some space to be independent.

How does it work?
Our Small Exercise Physiology Class (SEPC) provides a supportive and professional environment for individuals looking to improve their strength, mobility and overall health. This one hour supervised gym session is led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Programs are individually designed based on medical history, injuries, current conditions and personal goals, ensuring safe and effective progress.
Participants will use a variety of gym equipment, including cable machines, dumbbells, Thera Bands and Swiss balls, just to name a few, to work on general strength and conditioning, specific rehabilitation goals and balance training. With small class sizes of 2-6 people, this session provides the perfect balance of individualised programming and group support, allowing for focused guidance and a motivating atmosphere. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to build strength, SEPC is designed to help you move better, feel stronger and reach your goals.
