Mat Yoga
This is the traditional style of yoga performed on the floor/ground with a mat used for comfort. Sessions begin with breathing and mindfulness techniques before moving through different poses with clients sitting, in tabletop, lying down or supine and standing.
The sessions finishes as it started with breathing and mindfulness techniques which can be used to improve the physical and mental health of clients outside of class time.

Chair Yoga
This style of yoga transforms traditional floor-based yoga poses so that they can be completed while seated on a chair. This style of yoga suits those who find getting down and up from the floor difficult.
Chair yoga emphasises gentle movements, smaller range of motion along with mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques.
