How does it work?
Tai Chi Foundations is a 45-minute, low-impact class that combines seated and standing movements. Inspired by the ‘Yang’ and ‘Qigong’ styles, this class focuses on improving balance, joint flexibility and self-awareness. The class emphasises slow, deliberate movements that are easy on the joints, promoting relaxation while building strength and stability. Each month we introduce a new routine, providing variety and an evolving practice throughout the year. No matter your fitness level, this class promotes relaxation, enhances posture and supports overall well-being.
